How to Add Your Business Email Account to a Free Gmail Account (for Clients in The Netherlands)

    Your Email Settings

    Please note that your email address is your username. The server settings you need are:

    MAIL SERVER mail.zxcs.nl
    SMTP port 465
    POP port 995
    IMAP port 993

    Add Account

    1. In your Gmail account click the ‘settings’ icon (gear icon top right of the page)
    2. Click ‘See all settings’ and then go to the “Accounts” tab
    3. Scroll down to “Check email from other accounts” and click the “Add an email account” link which will then open a popupadd account
    4. Follow the steps below in the same order as the screenshots appear, making sure to pay extra attention to arrows and boxes in RED and remember to use your own email address (not nina@sachamama.shop)

    Wait for the email from Google to arrive and click the confirmation link in the email

     

    How to Retrieve Emails

    Google will automatically fetch emails for your newly added email account, but it will only do this once every hour. To retrieve emails faster you can click the REFRESH icon in your inbox:

    Alternatively you can click “Check mail now” (go to settings, click the “Accounts” tab, scroll down to “Check email from other accounts” and click the “Check mail now” link:
